    Have just stayed in a club room after having a special celebration dinner with 26 other guests. We found the view of the 'Berkeley Square' very pleasant. The beds were very comfy and all the amenities were just fine. The staff were very very helpful ( Louise Parkin & Heidi)attending and answering all our questions. The breakfast had wide variety of choice and arrived hot and just to our taste. We both have travelled & have stayed in different styles of hotels. We both enjoyed the young feel and atmosphere of this hotel. Will we return??
    That's a big tick in the YES box from us. Thank you for your professional care and service. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to our friends and clients. In fact we already have!!

    In general, the hotel was nice and situated in a great location with all the modern ammenities in the room. I was in the single room, 42 and the only complaint I have is the shower did not work. I had to ask the receptionist to let me use another room to shower the next morning after the guest in that room checked out. On hindsight, I should have been reimbursed for my stay as I was inconvenient from the faulty shower.

    As a frequent business traveler having stayed in mainly 4 and 5 star hotelsI am stunned by the quality of this hotel. Due to currently being between flats I had to book a budget option for a long stay. I have been staying in an executive single room here for 11 nights and I am honestly so impressed by the value for money here. The room is small but perfectly formed,clean and well equipped with a beautiful view. The staff at reception, bar, housekeeping are superb and couldn't be more helpful or accommodating. The secure garage parking at £7 per night is a total bonus. I have already recommended this property to most of my London friends/colleagues who visit Bristol. Well done to all at The Berkeley Square! Customer service that surpasses ones expectations is such a rare thing in the UK these days - thank you

I'm glad you found our staff friendly and helpful, we do aim to provide first class service to everyone who visits us. For those on a budget we do have some 'small but perfectly formed rooms' and luckily some of these rooms even enjoy the stunning view over Berkeley Square.

    Lovely! Although I was in a small room it was very comfortable and clean. It the day was very hot and humid but the room was provided with a fan and actually quite comfortable. The bed was very good. The staff were outstanding. The welcome to hot and bothered traveler was kind and couldn't do enough to make me happy. Check in was easy and the staff very friendly and informative. I'd definitely stay again!

    We were in Bristol for a friend's birthday party at the Square and stayed at the Berkeley. The short trip up the elevator to bed was a fantastic luxury. The room was small but very comfortable and well furnished and breakfast in the morning was incredible. Lots of character and a much better option than a souless chain. I recommend taking a walk around the foyer and the corridors to take in the art - which the helpful staff informed me changes every couple of months - I'll be back next year to see the next collection.

    I've posted a review on Tripadvisor already, but I would also like to add my thanks to you and your team at the Berkeley Square Hotel. I was very happy with the single room (32) and the staff at the hotel were as good as one could hope for.
    I was lucky to be there on a quiet Monday and Tuesday nights, so I had opportunity to spend time with Gavin (fantastic food), Josh in the restaurant (interested in Sommelier?) and Frank in the bar.
