The Washington specialises in a real spread of tasty food at breakfast – all included in the price of your bedroom! The full English breakfast and Continental buffet are available daily and a Weekly Special, often of a seasonal nature, ensures that there is something to please everyone year round!
Our friendly and efficient breakfast team will ensure that your day starts well with a plentiful supply of freshly brewed Fair-trade coffee and a wide choice of Twining teas available.
With free range eggs cooked to order in a style of your choosing, tasty Cumberland sausages, fresh bacon, crispy hash browns, buttery mushrooms, a grilled Tomato and baked beans to top it off, our full English breakfast is a favourite of all Washington guests. Vegetarian breakfasts are also available with vegetarian sausages and naughty fried bread!
Our Continental buffet has a selection of cereals, juices, fresh fruits, stewed fruits with yoghurt, croissants, ham and cheese as well as fresh granary or white toast supplied by a local bakery.
For the health conscious we have alternatives such as gluten free options, soy milk and sugar free cereals so you needn’t feel guilty about over indulging.
Breakfast is served from 7am to 9am on weekdays and 8am to 10am on weekends and Bank Holidays. We also offer a room service breakfast (by prior arrangement) for those who are leaving early or would just like to be spoiled!
