At the Washington we have a variety of rooms to suit your wishes. We strive for individuality and endeavour to have a room to suit everyone from spacious double and family rooms to cosy singles. The Washington was once a large and grand private house; the bedrooms still retain high ceilings and, in many, the original floor to ceiling windows with shutters, so the bedrooms are light, airy and comfortable.

Doubles Our double rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, are ideal for those guests who want a home-from-home experience or are enjoying a relaxing city break. Many of these rooms retain both their high ceilings and original floor to ceiling windows. Family rooms Our spacious family rooms, with en-suite bathrooms, can accommodate three guests comfortably in a double bed and single bed with space for extra guests if required.
