Our Hotel graduate scheme is unlike any other and offers you a wide range of experiences that can help you find the role within hospitality that is just right for you. Graduates work on a 6 week rotation scheme allowing time to be spent in each of our exciting and unique units. Through this you will cover all unit operations as well as senior management.
The scheme covers all aspects of hotel management, revenue management, house management and restaurant/ café management and equips you to apply for promotions within the company as and when they arise.
Along with exposure to all elements of the hotels, restaurants and venues, you will spend time in:
•Sales and Marketing
•Studios (Our Clifton Quarters property business)
•HR and Training
This gives you insight into all aspects of the business. As your base unit changes every 6 weeks, you have the opportunity to experience the variety of accommodation, services and experiences we offer. Ultimately you will embark on a fast-track management scheme giving you the chance to work in all areas of our business. You will be given high levels of responsibility from an early stage and trained in all aspects of a management role and will ultimatley be central to the success of our business.

We recruit graduates all year round, vacancy dependant. As we have graduate positions available in all of our venues as well as our Head Office, there are plenty of opportunities. Due to the fast-track scheme and nature of internal promotions, new graduates are being invited to join us all the time.
