Training and Development
Clifton Hotels believes that its employees are essential to business success. We are committed to providing training and development opportunities to ensure employees have the necessary knowledge, skills, and behavior to maximize their contribution to business performance. Employees' competencies are continuously assessed, and development opportunities made available. Training is provided by our experienced in house training team, there are 15 courses currently available for employees to attend and these are job specific as well as concentrating on general skills.

Along side performance related pay and bonuses for our staff, Clifton Hotels appoints an Individual and Team of the Quarter. This is a recognised achievement within the company; many of our previous winners have gone on to gain promotions.
