| FEB | Head Office | Sales & Marketing | Introduction to group reservations, corporate rates, show-arounds, marketing and loyalty cards. | 2 Days |
| MAR | Clifton Hotel | Racks Bar and Restaurant | Gain experience in breakfast, bar and restaurant shifts. Learn about KPIs, stock control, rota planning and suppliers. | 1 Week |
| MAR | Rodney Hotel | Front of House | Be ready and able to cover assistant manager's holiday. Attend team meeting and financial meeting at Head Office. | 3 Weeks |
