Successful applicants embark upon a tailor-made scheme which will give them a chance to work in all areas of our business. Hands-on training is provided in all areas of Hotel Management, including Front of House, Food and Beverage, House Management, Sales and Marketing and HR. Our philosophy is individuality, which applies to both our hotels and our employees. As a result, we can personalise your graduate plan to suit your own interests and strengths.
