Whatever your reason for staying, you will be able to collect points at The Berkeley Square, The Clifton, The Rodney or The Washington each time you stay.

How do I earn my points?

Every time you stay at a Clifton Hotel, simply present your loyalty card on check out and you will be credited with one point for every night you've stayed. Each card holds a total of 20 points.

What are my points worth?

Every time you stay: You will earn: Worth a total of:

5 nights 5 points £10

20 nights 20 points £40

Furthermore, if you fill your card within four months, then we will DOUBLE your reward to give you 40 points worth a total of £80.00.

How do I convert my points?

Points in the multiples of 5 can, at any time, be converted into vouchers.

You may hand your card into reception as soon as it is filled. Your points will then be added up and converted into vouchers, which will be sent to you by post. If you are aiming to fill your card within four months then you should keep your card until you have 20 points.

Once you receive your voucher it may be used against expenditure in the bar and/or restaurant when settling your bill on departure.

Once your card is handed in you will receive a new card by post.
