Day of The Dead Halloween Festival

Clifton Hotels, Bristol FREAKS at the arrival of the Day of The Dead Festival in Bristol this weekend!

On the 27^th October this brand new and exciting event will see Bristol’s Amphitheatre transformed into a spooktacular array of stalls, stages, performers, costumes, pumpkins and more as Halloween is celebrated Bristolian style – with a twist!

Taking a lead from the Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos, We Are: Fest will help you celebrate Halloween with all the usual fun and add a carnival spirit! 

With traditional elements such as, apple bobbing, pumpkin carving competitions and prizes for the best outfits organisers are mixing it up with Salsa and Flamenco performances, Mariachi bands and even have a zombie roller disco as well as bringing fireworks back into the city centre.

The event runs from 12 noon to 10pm and offers 10 hours of live music with a packed main stage including Siddy Bennett and the Wildflowers, Funkinsteins, Poppy Perezz, AJ, Bristol Samba, Baila La Cumbia, Bashema, Vamos!, Heg Doughty and the Wolf Chorus, electro-pop sensation Queen of Hearts and Radio 1extra record of the week and BBC Urban Talent award winning Dr Meaker to name just a few!

The day will also feature food concessions and covered bar as well as children’s play and craft activities featuring mask making, face-painting as well as live dance performances, workshops and professional coaches  from the Famous Co. will be on hand with urban dance and vocal workshops all in our fully covered performance area.
