Harbour Festival 2010

Bristol’s 39^th harbour festival has been and gone and what a brilliant weekend it was! With our hotels fully booked up and the festival expanding into Castle Park, it was bigger and better than ever.

The festival kicked off on Friday night with Bristol’s very own DJ Derek playing to the hundreds in Queen Square. Throughout the weekend there was lots of entertainment spanning across eight stages with an eclectic range of music, circus and dance acts all taking place before the backdrop of hundreds of colourful vessels in the floating harbour.

With a stunning fireworks display creating an exciting festival atmosphere in the heart of the city, ships and boats, markets and music and the sun shining, it was great weekend for all. We are looking forward to next years 40^th Anniversary.
