Kite Festival 2010

This weekend Ashton Court Estate plays host to Bristol International Kite Festival and the weather promises to be glorious especially on Sunday.

The fun runs from 12-5.30pm on the 4^th and 5^th September.

Kite flyers and designers will be bringing a menagerie of kites of every shape and colour you can think of from across the globe.  For the more adventurous they’ll be a selection of power kites on display and the Scratch Bunnies 2010s World Team Sport Kite Champions will be in attendance to show off their skills and synchronised routines.

Each day ends with the spectacular Festival of the Sea Finale featuring creatures of the deep such as octopuses, rays, dolphins and even a Killer Whale.
