Late July saw the opening of Wild Place, an exciting new project part of The Clifton and West of England Zoological Society.
With big plans for an ongoing expansion, this first part of the project welcomes endangered animals from The Congo, Madagascar & East Africa; as well as beautiful gardens to explore, a children’s ‘fun fort’ and a variety of different outdoor learning activities. Bushcraft challenge anyone?!
The Wild Place project has proven to be a fun, educational and adventurous attraction enjoyed by all ages, as well as being great value for money!
The entry prices include a 10% donation which helps fund the society’s conservation work in the UK and all over the world.
Our hotels are a short drive or an easy bus journey away from The Wild Place Project, just 5.7 miles! Why not treat yourself to a weekend away in one of our hotels and a day out at Bristol's newest attraction?
