I want to thank the Washington staff for making my trip to Bristol so pleasurable. The Hotel was exactly what I was looking for, comfortable, quirky, reasonably priced and friendly and as a single lady travelling on my own I felt well looked after. I will recommend this Hotel and will definitely return.

Really lovely staff and a very friendly atmosphere! Breakfast was great and had a lot of choice which was good as I stayed for 4 nights. They are in a great location for restaurants in Clifton Village and the Triangle and were really handy for my couse. I will stay again! thanks.

I have stayed here before, but didn't feel compelled to comment. However, having stayed again, I would like to comment on all the improvements I noticed during this stay.
The breakfast was much improved; prompt service, hot food, good buffet - perfect. Reception were great last time, but were more friendly and interested in what I was up to in Bristol this time. The biggest change, however, was my room (I had requested the same as last time due to mobility poblems); new carpet, new lights, lick of paint. These aren't major structural changes but have made the world of difference. I did speak to the Assistant Manager last time I stayed and said it was looking a bit tired. She said they were trying to do something about it but I just assumed it was a line. I see now she was right!
Thanks for another lovely stay - I will return again next year.

I would like to say Thank you for the wonderful way in which your staff greeted, and then continued to look after me during my stay. I had a very comfortable stay. I hope I can return next year.

Could not agree more with the other comments! I had a very clean room, lovely breakfast but the real highlights were the wonderful staff - a friendlier lot i have not encountered anywhere!! Clifton is a dream location the city centre as well and it's all very reasonable - I shall return!

Nice little place kept clean and tidy. Staff excellent. Really great surprise to have a full english included in my rate. I'll be back :)
