Excellent service very pleased with the knowledge and assistance of the reception staff. Friendly service. Would highly recommend the hotel. would definitely stay here again.

I travel on business quite a lot and always find the Washington to be a friendly and convenient place to sleep for a couple of nights. Breakfast is varied and freshly cooked and clearly popular! Staff all friendly and helpful - would recommend.

A welcome change 19th April 2013

I normally stay at the Berkeley Square on business trips but there was no room at the inn! I found the Washington staff as helpful and considerate as I'd expect from Clifton Hotels. The breakfast was a welcome addition with an excellent selection, the rooms were comfortable and well furnished and the price brought a smile too!
